Shaurya Bhardwaj is an editorial fashion photographer based in London, whose work combines elegance, environment, and narrative. Born and raised in India, Delhi, coming from a family of doctors, engineers and philosophers, he chose a completely different direction, finding his voice through the creative medium of image making. Influenced by his early years of photographing historic architecture across India, he developed his visual language for his photography, rooted in cinematic lighting and a strong sense of site, often incorporating it in his fashion work through historic locations.

Photographs created by Bhardwaj feel both polished and deeply human as his work exists between reality and fiction by placing fashion as subject within the immersive space, along with the interplay of natural light, textures, and composition.

Working with both digital and analogue formats, Bhardwaj continues to explore photography through an instinctive approach. Collaborating closely with the creatives from across the fashion industry. Creating a dialogue with elegance, modern fashion, and timeless surroundings that feels dramatic and bridges the soul of the past with the energy of contemporary commercial photography.
